This spacious 39.83 m² Junior Family Apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests, with the possibility of adding a baby cot in living room , upon request and subject to availability. With its generous living space and wonderful private veranda, it is a particularly good choice for families looking for extra room and a comfortable outdoor area during their stay at Om Living Paros.

The bedroom features a comfortable 160 × 200 cm double bed, while the spacious living room offers two single corner sofas that can also be used as sleeping spaces. One of the sofas is 2.00 m long, while the second is approximately 1.80 m long, making it suitable only for a younger child. This sleeping arrangement makes the apartment a practical choice for families with children. We reccomend it for 3 adults an d1 kid. 

One of the highlights of the apartment is its large private veranda, furnished with a table and comfortable seating area, providing a lovely space to enjoy meals, have a morning coffee, or simply relax outdoors. The veranda faces the main street and has direct access to the street. For added comfort and privacy, a curtain is available on the veranda, allowing guests to create a more private and sheltered outdoor space whenever desired. The apartment is located on the first ( ground floor) level and is easily accessible from the main entrance with just two steps.

The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchenette, with everything you may need to prepare light meals during your stay. It includes a fridge, microwave,oven, hot plates, kettle, and espresso machine, as well as full kitchenware with glasses, plates, cooking pots, forks, and spoons — everything you may need for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and is equipped with complimentary amenities, including shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap.
With its generous interior, two separate sleeping areas in the living room, comfortable bedroom, and especially its large private veranda, this apartment is an excellent choice for families who appreciate having plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. We particularly recommend it for families with young children, as the shorter sofa is better suited to a younger child.

Housekeeping services are included in the room rate, in accordance with the property’s operational schedule. Daily light housekeeping is provided, with bed linen and towels changed every three days, starting after arrival.
