The room features a comfortable 160 × 200 cm double bed, creating a welcoming sleeping area for two. The room also benefits from two private balconies, furnished with a table and two chairs, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy outdoor space from different sides of the room.

The balconies offer views towards the street and the surrounding area of the property, providing a pleasant sense of the local surroundings. With two separate outdoor spaces, guests can choose where to sit and enjoy a morning coffee, relax with a book, or unwind during the day.

The room also features a fully equipped kitchenette ( separated from the sleeping area ), with everything you may need to prepare light meals during your stay. It includes a fridge, microwave, hot plates, kettle, and espresso machine, as well as full kitchenware with glasses, plates, cooking pots, forks, and spoons — everything you may need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and is equipped with complimentary amenities, including shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap.

This room is strictly for two guests. Due to the room layout, a baby cot or additional sleeping arrangement cannot be accommodated.

Room 22 is located on the first floor, on the front side of the property, and is accessed by 18 steps via the staircase. Please note that the property does not have an elevator.
