This spacious 49.13 m² One Bedroom Family Apartment is designed for up to four guests, with the possibility of accommodating a baby in a cot. The apartment features a comfortable 160 × 200 cm double bed in the bedroom( separated by door) and a sofa bed measuring 2.30 × 0.95 m, which opens to approximately 1.50 m wide and can accommodate additional guests in the living room. The spacious living room provides plenty of room to relax

The bedroom has access to a small private veranda, furnished with a table and two chairs. The veranda overlooks the back courtyard, providing a quiet and more sheltered outdoor space.

The apartment is located on the lower level ( ground floor) and can be reached by approximately 17 steps down, or alternatively via the street path.

The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchenette, with everything you may need to prepare light meals during your stay. It includes a fridge, microwave, hot plates,oven, kettle, and espresso machine, as well as full kitchenware with glasses, plates, cooking pots, forks, and spoons — everything you may need for a comfortable and convenient stay. A dining table for 4 is also available in the living room, where is also balcony door facing the common property areas.

Housekeeping services are included in the room rate, in accordance with the property’s operational schedule. Daily light housekeeping is provided, with bed linen and towels changed every three days, starting after arrival.
