This very spacious 42.73 m² Family Apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests, with the possibility of adding a baby cot upon request and subject to availability. With its generous living space, flexible sleeping arrangements, two balconies, and two bathrooms, it is an excellent choice for families or small groups looking for a comfortable and practical home-away-from-home at Om Living Paros.

The bedroom features a comfortable 160 × 200 cm double bed, while the spacious living room includes a 2.00 × 0.95 m sofa bed that opens to approximately 1.50 m wide and can comfortably accommodate two guests.

Please note that there is no door separating the bedroom from the living room, creating one open and connected living space. The apartment features two private balconies. The smaller balcony is accessible from the living room and is furnished with a table and chairs, providing a pleasant spot for a morning coffee or a quiet moment outdoors. The second balcony, accessible from the bedroom, is larger and offers additional outdoor space. The apartment also enjoys complex and building views. 

The apartment is located on the first/ ground floor level and is easily accessible from the main entrance with just two steps.

The Family Apartment with Balcony also features a fully equipped kitchenette, with everything you may need to prepare light meals during your stay. It includes a fridge, microwave,oven, hot plates, kettle, and espresso machine, as well as full kitchenware with glasses, plates, cooking pots, forks, and spoons — everything you may need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The apartment has two modern bathrooms, each providing added convenience and comfort, particularly for families or groups sharing the apartment. The bathrooms feature showers and are equipped with complimentary amenities, including shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap.

A baby cot can be accommodated either in the bedroom or in the living room, upon request and subject to availability.

Housekeeping services are included in the room rate, in accordance with the property’s operational schedule. Daily light housekeeping is provided, with bed linen and towels changed every three days, starting after arrival.
