This spacious 40.2 m² Executive Family Suite is an excellent choice for families or guests looking for extra space, with a separate bedroom and living room and two private balconies.

The bedroom features a comfortable 160 × 200 cm double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed measuring 2.30 × 0.95 m, opening to approximately 1.50 m when used for sleeping for an additional 2 guest. 

The suite has two private balconies, one accessed from the bedroom and the other from the living room. The balcony is furnished with a table and two chairs, providing pleasant outdoor spaces to enjoy the surroundings. The balconies overlook the street, neighbouring buildings, and the surrounding area, with a partial from far) glimpse of the nearby sea.

A fully equipped kitchenette and modern bathroom with walk-in shower complete the suite.

The suite is suitable for up to four guests. For families travelling with a small baby, one baby cot can be added in the living room only if the sofa bed remains closed and is not expanded. If the sofa bed is opened, there is not enough space for the cot.

Executive Family Suite 23 is located on the first floor, on the front side of the property, and is accessed by 18 steps. Please note that there is no elevator.
The suite also features a fully equipped kitchenette, with everything you may need to prepare light meals during your stay. It includes a fridge, microwave, oven, hot plates, kettle, and espresso machine, as well as full kitchenware with glasses, plates, cooking pots, forks, and spoons — everything you may need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and is equipped with complimentary amenities, including shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap.

Housekeeping services are included in the room rate, in accordance with the property’s operational schedule. Daily light housekeeping is provided, with bed linen and towels changed every three days, starting after arrival.
