This spacious 33.04 m² Deluxe Family Apartment is on the first floor and comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it an excellent choice for families or couples seeking extra space and the convenience of a one-bedroom apartment. We recommend the unit for 3 aduts ot 2 adults & 2 yound kids.  

The apartment features one bedroom with ( separated with door) a comfortable 160 × 200 cm double bed while the separate living room provides an additional sleeping area with a sofa bed measuring 200 × 0.90 m, which opens to approximately 1.50 m when used for sleeping for 2 additional guests. 

One of the highlights of the apartment is its two private balconies, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy outdoor space from both the living room and the bedroom.

The larger balcony, accessible from the living room, is furnished with a large marble table and four chairs, making it particularly suitable for enjoying breakfast, sharing a meal, having a coffee, or relaxing together outdoors. It offers pleasant views towards the property and its surrounding area, creating a comfortable and peaceful setting.

The second balcony is connected to the bedroom and provides a more private outdoor space. It overlooks the street and the nearby surroundings, offering a different perspective of the local setting.

The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchenette, with everything you may need to prepare light meals during your stay. It includes a fridge, microwave, hot plates, kettle, and espresso machine, as well as full kitchenware with glasses, plates, cooking pots, forks, and spoons — everything you may need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and is equipped with complimentary amenities, including shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap.

This apartment can accommodate up to four guests, with the option of accommodating one baby cot, but only in the living room and important when the sofa bed is not expanded.

Room 20 is located on the first floor, on the front side of the property, and is accessed by 18 steps via the staircase. Please note that the property does not have an elevator.

Housekeeping services are included in the room rate, in accordance with the property’s operational schedule. Daily light housekeeping is provided, with bed linen and towels changed every three days, starting after arrival.
