This comfortable 26.51 m² Deluxe Double Studio with veranda is located on the first floor and is thoughtfully designed for two adults, making it a lovely choice for couples looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay at Om Living Paros.

The studio features a comfortable 160 × 200 cm double bed, creating a welcoming sleeping area for two. It also has a private veranda furnished with a marble table and four chairs, providing a spacious and comfortable outdoor area where guests can enjoy breakfast, have a coffee, or relax throughout the day. The veranda overlooks the street and the surrounding area, offering guests a pleasant sense of the local surroundings while enjoying their own private outdoor space.

The studio also features a fully equipped kitchenette, with everything you may need to prepare light meals during your stay. It includes a fridge, microwave, hot plates, kettle, and espresso machine, as well as full kitchenware with glasses, plates, cooking pots, forks, and spoons — everything you may need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and is equipped with complimentary amenities, including shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap.

The studio is recommended for two adults. In special cases, it may accommodate one small child up to approximately 10–12 years old, only with the parents’ prior understanding and agreement that the additional sleeping option is a small sofa measuring 190.00 × 0.80 m and is not suitable for adults.

 A baby cot cannot be accommodated in this room due to the available space and room layout.

Room 21 is located on the first floor, on the front side of the property, and is accessed by 18 steps via the staircase. Please note that the property does not have an elevator.

Housekeeping services are included in the room rate, in accordance with the property’s operational schedule. Daily light housekeeping is provided, with bed linen and towels changed every three days, starting after arrival.
