This beautiful, spacious 47 m² Deluxe Family Apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests, with the option to add a baby cot upon request, subject to availability. 

The bedroom features a comfortable 160 × 200 cm double bed, while the living room offers two 2.00 × 0.90 m single corner sofa beds. Both sofa beds can comfortably accommodate either adults or children, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or small groups. Baby cot can be added in the living room upon request and availability. 

One of the highlights of this apartment is its very spacious private outdoor area, with direct access to the street. The veranda is furnished with a dining table for four and a built-in corner sofa, creating a wonderful setting for relaxing, enjoying a coffee, or having a meal outdoors. As the outdoor area faces the main street, a privacy curtain is also provided, allowing guests to create a more private and comfortable atmosphere whenever desired.

The apartment is located on the first ( ground ) level and is easily accessible from the main entrance with just two steps.

The Deluxe Family apartment also features a fully equipped kitchenette, with everything you may need to prepare light meals during your stay. It includes a fridge, microwave,oven, hot plates, kettle, and espresso machine, as well as full kitchenware with glasses, plates, cooking pots, forks, and spoons — everything you may need for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and is equipped with complimentary amenities, including shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap.
For added comfort, the apartment is equipped with two air-conditioning units and two TVs, making it especially convenient for families sharing the space.

Housekeeping services are included in the room rate, in accordance with the property’s operational schedule. Daily light housekeeping is provided, with bed linen and towels changed every three days, starting after arrival.
