This spacious 47.96 m² Deluxe Family Apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests and is a particularly good choice for families with one small child and one older child ( 3+1). 

The bedroom features a comfortable 160 × 200 cm double bed, together with a single sofa that can be used as an additional sleeping space for a young child. The living room has a second single sofa, providing a separate sleeping area and allowing the apartment to accommodate up to four guests comfortably. 

The apartment also features a small private balcony accessible from the living room and kitchenette area, furnished with a table and chairs facing the property common area. It offers a pleasant spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax during the day. The apartment also has direct access to a common open-space corridor. Located on the first (ground floor ) level, the apartment is easily accessible from the main entrance with just two steps.

The living area includes a fully equipped kitchenette, with everything you may need to prepare light meals during your stay. It includes a fridge, microwave, hot plates, kettle, and espresso machine, as well as full kitchenware with glasses, plates, cooking pots, forks, and spoons — everything you may need for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and is equipped with complimentary amenities, including shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap.

This apartment is especially suitable for families with young children up to 12 years old. For bookings including adults, the maximum occupancy is 3 adults plus 1 young child, with the child accommodated on the single sofa in the living room. Alternatively, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests without a cot.

A baby cot can be added only upon request and subject to availability. When available, the cot can be accommodated in the living room only. Please ask the reservations department.

Housekeeping services are included in the room rate, in accordance with the property’s operational schedule. Daily light housekeeping is provided, with bed linen and towels changed every three days, starting after arrival.
