The apartment features a comfortable 160 × 200 cm double bed in the bedroom and a 2.30 × 0.95 m sofa bed, which opens to approximately 1.50 m wide and can accommodate additional guests. The spacious living room opens directly onto a large private veranda, creating a natural extension of the living space and making the apartment particularly pleasant for relaxing and spending time together. The large veranda is furnished with two comfortable poufs, providing a lovely place to sit back and enjoy the street, neighbourhood, and surrounding village atmosphere. The apartment also has a second balcony, offering additional outdoor space. 

The apartment is located on the first ( ground ) level and is easily accessible from the main entrance with just two steps.

The Deluxe apartment also features a fully equipped kitchenette, with everything you may need to prepare light meals during your stay. It includes a fridge, microwave, hot plates, kettle, and espresso machine, as well as full kitchenware with glasses, plates, cooking pots, forks, and spoons — everything you may need for a comfortable and convenient stay.The spacious living room also features a dining table, providing a comfortable space for enjoying meals indoors. Guests can also choose to enjoy their meals outdoors on the large private veranda, surrounded by the neighbourhood and village atmosphere.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and is equipped with complimentary amenities, including shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap.

A baby cot can be accommodated in the apartment upon request.

Housekeeping services are included in the room rate, in accordance with the property’s operational schedule. Daily light housekeeping is provided, with bed linen and towels changed every three days, starting after arrival.
