The studio also features a small private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs. With a common areas and a building views, it provides a pleasant spot to enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a drink, or simply take a little time outdoors.The studio is located on the first ground floor level and is easily accessible from the main entrance with just two steps.

The Double studio also features a fully equipped kitchenette, with everything you may need to prepare light meals during your stay. It includes a fridge, microwave, hot plates, kettle, and espresso machine, as well as full kitchenware with glasses, plates, cooking pots, forks, and spoons — everything you may need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and is equipped with complimentary amenities, including shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap.

Please note that this studio is strictly for two guests and cannot accommodate a baby cot or additional guests.

Housekeeping services are included in the room rate, in accordance with the property’s operational schedule. Daily light housekeeping is provided, with bed linen and towels changed every three days, starting after arrival.
