Rooms 18 and 19 are located on the first floor, on the front side of the property, and is accessed by 18 steps via the staircase. Please note that the property does not have an elevator.

The room features a comfortable 160 × 200 cm double bed, creating a welcoming sleeping area for two. It also has a private balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, providing a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy a morning coffee, read a book, or simply relax during the day.

The private balcony overlooks the peaceful surroundings of the property and the neighbouring buildings, with greenery adding a pleasant natural touch to the setting.

The room also features a fully equipped kitchenette, with everything you may need to prepare light meals during your stay. It includes a fridge, microwave, hot plates, kettle, and espresso machine, as well as full kitchenware with glasses, plates, cooking pots, forks, and spoons — everything you may need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and is equipped with complimentary amenities, including shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap.

This room is strictly for two guests. Due to the room layout, a baby cot or additional sleeping arrangement cannot be accommodated.

Housekeeping services are included in the room rate, in accordance with the property’s operational schedule. Daily light housekeeping is provided, with bed linen and towels changed every three days, starting after arrival.
